Rathbones Client Council site - Terms and Conditions

We are delighted that you are intending to use the website www.clientcouncil.rathbones.com (“Site”) and participate in the Rathbones Client Council (“Council”). This Council has been established to keep an ongoing dialogue with clients to better understand how you feel and your evolving needs. We would therefore like to invite you to share your views, experiences and feedback on a variety of topics to help develop Rathbones’ products, services and communications.

Who can register as a member?

Membership of the Council is free and open to individuals (over the age of 18) who are clients of Rathbones Group plc (“Rathbones”). Membership is limited to one registration per person and is not open to corporations or other business entities.

How do you register as a member?

After completing our registration survey, you will be asked to create a unique username and password. Please keep these confidential and do not disclose to any third party.

Who operates and who owns the Site and the Council programme?

The Council programme and the Site are administered and managed jointly by The Wisdom Council* and STRAT7 Researchbods**, a division of STRAT7 Limited (“Researchbods”).

* The Wisdom Council is a trading name of Wisdom Global Limited a company registered in England under company number 08589400 whose registered office is Praxis, 1 Poultry, London EC2R 8EJ.

** Researchbods is a company registered in England under company number 07642707 whose registered office is at 98 Theobalds Road, London, WC1X 8WB, United Kingdom.

Reference to “we, us, or our” in this document are references to The Wisdom Council and Researchbods together.

We administer and manage the Council programme and the Site on behalf of Rathbones (which owns all rights and interests in the Council programme and the Site).

How do we use your personal information and feedback to the Council?

Please read our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Notice posted on this Site, which contain important information about how we use any personal information about you that we receive through your registration and participation in the Council and use of the Site. By using the Site and registering as a member of the Council you also acknowledge that we may disclose any personal information you provide to Rathbones for the purpose of the Council.

How do we communicate with you?

To manage and administer the Council and the Site, we may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site.

How can your membership be ended?

You may end your membership at any time by unsubscribing from the Council programme either by:

i. going directly to your ‘Profile’ page to update your membership information or delete your account; or

ii. by sending your unsubscribe request to us at support@clientcouncil.rathbones.com

We will usually process your request within 5 business days.

If you unsubscribe from your membership, your profile information will be removed, you will be unable to access the Site and will no longer receive emails from us or have access to any unused incentives or rewards.

If we close the Council programme, we will inform members by email, at which point access for members will cease.

In extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion, we may, at any time, suspend or end your membership, or your ability to access the Site, immediately and without notice.

What are our obligations?

The Site and Council are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Content included on the Site is not intended to amount to advice.

How to report potential concerns.

Any member can report concerns regarding comments using the ‘Report’ button on the Site which is positioned next to each comment made by a member. Members can also report concerns directly by sending an email to support@clientcouncil.rathbones.com.

Who to contact regarding a client complaint.

The purpose of the Council is to keep an ongoing dialogue with members to better understand their views, how they feel and their evolving needs, but is not a suitable forum for client specific concerns or complaints. If you have a specific complaint, the Rathbones Complaints team may be contacted on https://clientcouncil.rathbones.com.
